Call Supervision

ChanSpy on Ayrix for live listening, Whisper and Barge-in

  • The module can be found under “PBX” -> “Call Supervision”.
  • In this module different Call Supervision groups can be configured. Each group is identified by the set password. Per group can be selected which extensions can be supervised. This is useful if there are several supervisors and agent groups in the company. Then the respective supervisor with his password can only listen into the conversations of his agents.
  • If the supervisor is dialed in on an extension, the mode can be changed by means of DTMF: 4: Spy, 5: Whisper, 6: Barge-in.
  • The attendant can dial in using the feature code: *91*<Extension>
